Terms of Service
By using DNSnexus, you agree to these terms governing acceptable use, operational limits, and service availability expectations.
Permitted use
- Use tools for diagnostics, verification, and operational analysis.
- Comply with applicable laws and target-system authorization rules.
- Do not use services for abusive scanning, denial-of-service behavior, or unauthorized access attempts.
Service limitations
DNSnexus provides best-effort diagnostics. Results can vary due to resolver geography, cache state, browser restrictions, upstream policy, and temporary provider conditions.
You remain responsible for validating critical production decisions with authoritative logs and internal observability data.
Liability and warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DNSnexus disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Changes to terms
Terms may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
