Is DNSnexus free?
Yes. All core diagnostic tools are free with no account required. An optional Monitor plan adds continuous automated checks.
Why is my DNS propagation result different from another tool?
Different tools query different resolver locations. DNS propagation is regional — some nodes update before others. Results will converge as TTL expires.
How do I report an inaccurate tool result?
Use the "Tool Result Issue" category in the contact form and include the domain or input you tested, the result you got, and what you expected to see.
Can I use DNSnexus tools via API?
API access is available for Monitor subscribers. See the API Docs page for endpoints and authentication details.
